Abi Academy invites applications for the position of Academic Director. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our academic operations and ensure the highest standards of teaching, curriculum development, and student achievement.
Position Overview:
The Academic Director will be responsible for overseeing all academic functions, maintaining quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement across programs, faculty performance, and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for all academic programs
• Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and evaluate teaching quality through regular observations
• Establish and maintain academic standards and policies
• Lead teacher development, training, and performance management
• Analyze student progress and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all levels and courses
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience
• Proven experience in academic leadership, supervision, or coordination
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment methods
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced academic environment
